I had a cable and spring break. I called Precision Door and they were at my house in less than 2 hours. The technician Tony Strickland performed the repair and did a great job. He explained everything in detail to me and gave options to choose. He was done quickly and made sure everything was working as it should. He did a great job.

We had an issue with one of our garage doors. I called Precision Garage Door and they helped me immediately and had a tech out within 2 hours. Tony was our tech and he was great. Fixed the issue quickly and was very helpful. Very much reccomend this company.

Brandon needs a raise! He sleuthed out a finicky remote problem, trying and retrying things, until everything worked like a charm. I have always been impressed with Precision, the value, the service, and the professionalism. I plan on using the company until I move to the Nursing Home :). This is NOT a paid review, I promise!

Service was excellent however before I made the appointment I told the gal on the other end I have a coupon for a garage doors opener and she stated she would tell the technician. When I got the door replaced I assumed the price I was getting was the discounted rate, however it was not, when I went inside to check the home mag, the price was $529 for the coupon rate in which I was charged significantly more. The technician did not mention it at all, even when I asked if that was the correct price.

Tech was on time and got right to work. Tech explain the process and provide three option of repair cost. Repairs were completed in a timely matter. Had springs, rollers, and cables replaced.

The tech came by early at just past 7:30 which we really appreciated. He was very efficient at getting the problem checked out and reaching a decision of what he needed to do. He was definitely a 5 star tech. He the had to replace Unit as the drive gear was worn and making a grinding noise and the main unit was not working properly. It all works great again like new.

Precision Door Service has done another GREAT job for me. I called on a Sunday morning since my garage door would not operate correctly and they dispatched a Tech out at 10:00. Will (the Tech) called 30 minutes prior and was here on the time he said he would be. I informed him what the garage door wasn't doing, he check it out and everything is operating correctly now. I also had him program a remote opener for and he also suggested some new openers. This was all done is a very professional manner. Technician came and installed a new garage opener. He arrived early and tested my old one. I decided to have a new one installed and he went over everything he would do and covered the warranty. He was very professional and did a great job. Checked everything and made sure it was working and programmed the remotes. Very pleased with the work. Would highly recommend.

First of all, our tech, Thomas, was the absolute best. He was clean and efficient. He didn't attempt to oversell. He evaluated our entire door and then made recommendations. The lifetime warranty just made common sense. If I owned a repair service of any kind, I would steal Thomas away from P.O.G.D.S. Seriously!
