Thomas Hoffman was assigned to my service call. Tom call me and asked if he could come early. When he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable and proficient. He repaired my garage door quickly and showed me some maintenance tips to keep my door working properly. If this is the type of people that Precision Door employees, I will recommend Tom and this company to my friends. I think Precision Door not only provides service, but it is "Value Added Service".
