A spring on our double garage door busted a week ago. We called a competitor and had trouble getting a return call to even get on the repair rotation. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service late in the day yesterday, and this morning, Josh came and fixed our door quickly. He was polite, friendly, and got the job done quickly. We are fans of this company and will use them for any needs we have in the future!

Looking at replacing garage door and garage door opener. Lawrence the sales rep., stopped and gave me a quote for the door and opener. I was very satisfied with the way he presented everything and was helpful with what I needed. Will be making a decision shortly.

Called Precision and they were out the very next day where others wanted to come out the following week. Jared, our repair tech, was VERY knowledgeable of what our garage needed and offered us the repair packages with no pressure. Watching him work he was fast, efficient and you knew he knew what he was doing, which is a very good feeling. He was very friendly and courteous. Would recommend for sure.
