I am blown away. I hate trying new service vendors. You never know what you're going to get, or how expensive it will be. We needed help with a little 'accident' that disabled one of our doors, so I asked neighbors for a recommended repair service, and Precision was the choice this time. I am so glad I went with these guys! Talk about professional. Jason from Precision was in touch with me within 5-10 minutes of my online submission, and he set up Robert to arrive within a couple of hours. Robert alerted me he was coming, was more than on-time, and he really knew what he was doing and got the job done---even needing to play a little MacGyver with one of the doors to solve a problem. I cannot be more thrilled. Both my doors work great now, and though I hope I don't have to call them soon... if I need help with my doors again Robert and Precision will be the ones I call. Your technician Dillon did a quick and fantastic repair of my garage door. He was here exactly when he said he would be and didn’t waste time getting the job done. And even though I know I’ll need to replace the old doors soon there was no high pressure to sell me new doors at this time. When it does come time to replace them I will be happy to use Precision for the job.

Very misled by your contact sales. After stating the size of the door, I was given a price that was not correct. The technician arrives to say that 2 springs were required, adding another $100.00 The work was excellent and the service technician courteous, but I will not be a repeat customer. Your phone sales pricing approach is results in no repeat customer.

We had one of our openers fail. Brad Weatherby came and replaced the logic board and replaced the led lights. It only took about one hour and we were back up and running just like new. Thanks. Good job.

Victor Cantrell did an outstanding job of fixing our broken spring on our garage door & making it quieter. We had an appointment window of 10-1. He called at 9 wanting to come at 9:30 which was great. He checked everything & explained it all to me where I could understand it. He treated it as if it were his own door being fixed. We would definitely use him & this company again. We had been looking to replace our 24 yr old door & now we know who to use.

Brandon, the service tech was very informative and most helpful. He carefully explained what was needed, without over selling. We ended up with refurbished door that works (and sounds) like new. We replaced the springs, rollers, cables and sensors. I would recommend him and Precision without hesitation.

Technician was on time and professional. I had requested basic routine maintenance and to repair a couple (3) garage door remotes. My remotes were repaired (I thought) however this morning when I left my garage door remote did not work. After $300.00+ payment for services I would have expected more. I guess I will be contacting you again for another service call.
