Very poor service. The repair kept calling his boss. He wanted to charge me 1000.00$ I will never use this service! It's highway robbery.

Karen - Thanks for the feedback. I am not sure where the miscommunication is coming from. We suggested changing your system to an extension system since it had been installed improperly. We quoted the job for $499 with a 5 year warranty. we tried reaching you by phone to clear up the miscommunication but we were never called back. We appreciate your business and regret that we were not able to talk.
