Very happy with my new Clopay garage door! The team with Precision Garage Door has done excellent work on the install and adjustments of the new garage door, springs, and door opener! This is my second experience with Precision repairing one of my garage doors. The first service was by Jay Skillern and was accomplished completely satisfactorily so I was comfortable calling you when another problem occurred. My second service was by Lyle Rowen and he also provided complete repairs in a short amount of time. So my experiences with Precision's service techs have been pleasant. They know what they are doing and are careful to explain what is the problem, how it will be resolved and what the costs are.

I am more than favorably impressed, I am delighted with the great job that Jason did for us. We suffered with two garage doors that wouldn't close properly and one of them had a lift put in in 1995. The sounds were irritating and the movements unsure so we went for new rollers, adjustments and safety deals should a spring break--one did once and would have killed one of us if we had been near. Whole new deal on the other door and truly both now close almost silently and smoothly and we just love the work. Jason was on time, personable and very familiar with what to do and he gave a fair price so we didn't even get a second bid--we wanted Jason and Precision to do the work. No doubt I would recommend Jason at Precision to anybody needing door life work. Jason, thank you.

Jeremy Wessels did an outstanding job! He called and showed up early, was very courteous and engaging, and gave great advice. I thought about trying to fix the torsion spring myself, but after watching Jeremy I'm glad I didn't. Having the experience, proper tools, and knowledge of all the components and how they work together he saved me a lot of pain and effort at a reasonable price!

Work was done well but I was charged a $65 dollar service fee even though your ad says free service call with any repair. I had to see the invoice I printed after he left to see this so I was not able to ask him about this before paying him.

I have a Precision Garage Door. My car had been stolen from my driveway, my garage door remote was in my car. My safety reasons I needed immediate help to reprogram my door code and receive a new coded remote to insure the other remote would not open my door should burgulars return . Your man called asked to come early , explained as he worked what he was doing and checked my door gaskets instructed on how to clean , checked the balance, rollers and springs . Very clean, nice looking , polite and mannerly. I was greatly pleased in his promptness , fast and efficient work, attitude and the way he represented your company. You should be prod to have him.
