Exceptional service from our Tech - Preston Wadell. We thought the cables broke but it turned out to be the spring. It apparently broke in half. We also found out the door only had 1 spring when it should have had 2. Preston fixed everything and replaced one spring and added another. The door is so quiet now. Thank you Preston and Precision Door. Simply wonderful.

As with my previous service years ago, the service I received was stellar. Jay was my technician, and was very professional. I appreciate the fact that he didn't push any particular service on me. He did offer me three options to choose from, and left it completely up to me. I ended up getting a complete overhaul since the garage door is 18 years old. Jay showed me all of the old parts, and why they were bad. Several of these were quite obvious. He did a fabulous job, and I wouldn't hesitate to request him again. Thanks to Jay, and Precision Garage Door getting my door operating the way it should...and even better that it was originally.

This is the only company I have used for the past 16 years,and the only company I will use for all of my garage door repairs or replacements. They are in the garage door business no other business lines. They show up when they tell you they will. Their Technicians are very knowledgeable, have the requisite experience to complete any task in a reasonable time. They are always safe, and I have always been satisfied with the results. Jason Steele replaced my garage door opener…this is the quietest garage door opener I have ever had. Nowadays it is not often that I am truly impressed with customer service/product installation/professionalism/and attention to detail. Jonathan Lane was the tech who fixed my garage door and I can say that he did an incredible job. This company is the real deal....I have read all the reviews and time after time customers are writing glowing reviews. It's true. Jonathan took his time and did the job right, kept me informed on what needed to be done, showed me the parts needing replacement and was courteous and cheerful to talk to. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Weekend service can be a rarity in the service industry, but Precision was able to send a man over on Sunday to fix my door and opener problem. It was flawless. I called and within minutes had a time set up. They notified me by e mail and text of appointment and covid requirements for me and their technician. I requested a call prior to arrival. I got it. Repaired 2 doors with new springs, bearings etc (overhaul) in about 2- 2 1/2 hours. Technician was courteous, professional, and pleasant. Our old door opener malfunctioned and I placed a call. I had used Precision at our previous residence and they did an excellent job. I called early in the morning, and they were on site by noon.
