The man worked very good, was kind and nice and had pretty eyes. The whole door was replaced and really looks good. When he arrived he noticed he did not have the right parts for something and he called Mike and he brought it out to him. Which I thought was very nice. everything was explained to me about how the door works Now If I can remember it we are alright. I will tell everyone about Precision. Thanks to all of you at PRECISION

Replaced to springs. The bill was $350 plus. The tech was on time and nice. I'm still waiting on my receipt though.

Definitely a 5-star company and technician. We called in a panic last night after the 9-year old spring on the garage door broke, and my wife needed to get to her doctor appointment today. Brandon Christensen let us know he was on the way, did a thorough evaluation, offered us three solutions, and we chose the "best" option not only for the one door but the second one as well. Brandon noticed that the original installer used springs too small for our heavy doors, and a metal brace was omitted, making the doors flimsy. We are pleased with how solid our doors are now and in good working order.
