I am blown away by the level of service I received from Reece. My garage door came off the track and was causing all kinds of issues. I called Precision at 8 pm Sunday night and had an appointment next day between 10 and 12. Reece fixed the track and then fixed the initial noise I had since moving into my home. The door has never been so quiet. And he showed me how to perform maintenance and what to watch for in terms of possibly fixing a few other things. I found out about Precision online in a Facebook group, and I’m so glad I did. I will recommend you to anyone and call you when I need service in the future.

Second door from Precision in <5 years only b/c I backed into the first one. Both times, quick service, top notch service people. Prices have gone up a bit since the first round but then again, so have everybody's. I'd recommend these guys without reservations.

Thank you, you solved my problem by replacing my broken garage door tension spring. I'll take comfort in amortizing the $513 cost over the spring's 15-year expected life. Still, the charge was a whopper. Your service tech was terrific, friendly, and expert in replacing my garage door spring. He focussed in on the work and completed it in short order. He restored seamless access to my garage, and that's just fine as a bottom line. Still, 500 bucks is an ouch in my back pocket.
