I used Precision for the first time to repair my mother’s garage door spring. They did a great job, and were prompt professional and courteous. I just recently broke a spring in my garage door and had other issues as well.and I had saved the number and gave them a call.Once again , Tim Kronenberger was Very professional and explained situation and the solutions perfectly, and was fast , thorough, and courteous. Members of the Precision team were clear, fair, very willing to answer questions, and punctual at every step of the process. The technician clearly explained the choices, and then took measurements and presented the costs. On the day scheduled for door installation, the technician called to say he was on his way, and when he arrived, he installed the door efficiently and clearly explained how to open, close and maintain it. And the door looks great and works perfectly!
