Leo Cornelius responded the same day to my call for help. My garage door cablehad snapped making it very difficult to move the garage door. He quicky sized up what needed to be done and offered me 3 options in order of cost: 1) Just replace the springs and cables 2) also replace the pulleys 2) also replace the rollers -- with a 7 year warranty I went for option 3 and Leo completed the work in under a hour. He got all the pieces together in precision working order and thorougly cleaned up afterwards.

From my first phone call, which was returned promptly, everyone has been so courteous and competent. I needed a garage door opener installed. Scheduling was quick and efficient. The technician who did my work, Mike, was very helpful in explaining the installation and the different types of openers. His work is professional, and after his installation plus his suggested bit of maintenance, my 20 year old garage door looks and operates like new.
