5 AJ replaced my garage door opener pad. He is very knowkegable and so pleasant. I had the same great experience back in 2020 when AJ replaced the springs on the door. Great job! I recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends. Thanks

The repair technician did a thorough job of explaining the work needed and the cost for the work. He estimated the time needed and he was right on. I believe I have a better spring system than my original, which broke after 19 years on a Wayne Dalton door.

Prompt response for quote. Quality materials. Reasonable price. Installers, Angel and Eddie, were very skilled, efficient, and cleaned up well after themselves. Angel went out of his way to explain features of the doors, making sure everything was set up correctly and that we understood how to operate all features before he left. They were very pleasant to deal with. The doors are beautiful. We could not be more pleased. Highly recommend this company.

Great Service! I’m about to list my house on the market and my garage broke on a Saturday afternoon. It was terrible timing but thankfully precision door came to the rescue for a last minute request for help. They came quick in about an hour. I found them to be very reasonably priced and they did a great job on the repair. The servicemen who came out was also very friendly and professional.

Very satisfied with Precision. Would recommend them for any garage door and opener service. The tech (Gabe) called to say when he would be to our house. Arrived on time. Very professional service...cleaned, lubricated and adjusted my door/opener. Also replaced and re-programmed my faulty outside keypad. Everything works quiet and smooth. Also Precision was able to give me a next day appointment. Precision is Customer oriented.

We had a great experience. Ed Hesling was professional and efficient and best of all patient about explaining the process and the options. We understand so much more about our door now. He was able to repair it to better than before without fuss. The warrantee is great and we expect to rely on this door for many years to come. We will surely use Precision again if we ever have to, and we will be requesting Ed Hesling.
