I received the best customer service today and yesterday from Precision. From the time that I called last evening until my garage door torsion spring was replaced, I had excellent communication and service. An appointment was scheduled as soon as I called, the repairman called when he was 5 minutes away, the appointment was right on schedule, the repair was diagnosed and completed in under an hour. William Hernandez was extremely helpful and educated on all aspects of my garage door problem. He explained what was wrong, how it happened, what can be done to fix it. He even assessed another door to make sure it was in good working order. Not once did I feel like I was being sold too much or talked into a repair or extra service that was not needed. It is rare to find a company with excellent service on all ends of the business.

I would give precision a 5 star rating except in the area of the scheduling person. She was some what rude and would not believe us until we offered to play the message that was left. Brian Reinke was the technician and he was spur awesome and helpful. Thx. Pat svitek

I have always used Precision and these guys are always on time, reliable, do great work and are very reasonably priced! We recently had a problem with the door not closing properly and Precision responded quickly and got it all squared away for us! I highly recommend them!!
