Great job; friendly and very pleasant installer. Door opener works much quieter and better than original unit. Easy to reprogram and easy to operate. Installer also had a cool magnetic tool strip mounted on legs of ladder that worked fantastic and I will copy at no extra cost!

One of the two springs on my garage door was deformed and its cable jumped out of its pulley. I called Precision and was promised a technician would call to schedule same-day repair. 5 minutes later AJ called and asked if he could arrive in 30 minutes! Wow! Within 2 hours of my call AJ installed a beefed up system to replace the builder-grade one. The door rises effortlessly and smoothly. THANK YOU

I have used Precision many times over the past 6 months for various jobs - each time Ed was sent and he was fabulous!!!! All the great work he did months ago was ruined with a frozen pipe burst above the garage - he came back out and helped with the removal of all the damage and reinstallation of two new systems. Everytime he is here, he is efficient, educational, professional and very nice!!! He's a great asset to your company!
