Review:

An electric outage caused my door opener not to function after electric was restored. The technician AJ was quick to find the problem and fix it. I have been a customer since 2009 when my door was installed. While I have had few issues, the service team has always been very responsive. Today I called at 9:00 and Precision arrived at 12:30. Since an open garage is a security issue, I appreciated the prompt service.

Review:

Great same day service. Precision installed a new door last year and it was getting stuck on the track. The on time, professional technician diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. I was somewhat surprised that the fix required a change to the newly installed parts that were not working well from just last year.
