I called several companies and Precision was very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone, so I decided to go with them. The technician, A.J. Yanko, was very thorough. I had my spring replaced and he made sure everything was in working order before he left. He even went above and beyond and inspected and improved the automatic garage door opener. We were extremely pleased with the service. The technician came out the same day we called, and was very professional, courteous, helpful, thorough, and efficient. He diagnosed the problems with our existing openers, made recommendations and gave us several to pick from, and installed a new opener and repaired our second opener all in a timely manner. The technician He even helped my wife re-program our existing remote keypad.

We'd been having several minor problems with our one garage door for some time, and finally decided to call. The technician who arrived - right on time - was Leo, and we couldn't have been happier with him! He diagnosed the problems, gave us an estimate of cost and time, was finished with everything sooner than expected, and resolved all the things we had problems with. And above all that, he was very pleasant, answered all our questions, and explained everything so we could understand it. In sum, great service, great job, and great technician!
