My experience this past summer into the fall was pure frustration with Precision Door. The technician's attitudes that visited my home were about the only positive in the 6 months its taken to get my door installed with the correct options without a problem. From the time I should expect onsite technicians to arrive, to the wrong door ordered, the door finally arrives with dents (after its installed and not called out), to the wrong size panel delivered with windows to the last and final piece which was the new window panel came with scratches on the windows and the housing around the windows damaged. With all of this I was given a $100 reduction off a door that required 4 different visits to have completed. I write this without a negative intent, but more to make sure in the future Precision management understand customer service is what gets you positive reviews and non-positive reviews. The bottom line was more important to the management team vs customer satisfaction with my experience. Next time do better and compensate your technicians for working late hours and your customer for frustrations.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a repairman coming to my house to fix something. Our garage door motor burned out on Friday and I called Percision Door Repair that afternoon. They scheduled me for first thing Saturday morning. The repairman called me at 0735 to let me know he would be arriving shortly. He was here by 0800. He was respectful, professional, and completed the job in under a couple hours. He then walked me through the new garage door system and didn’t leave until I assured him that he had answered all of my question and concerns. I could not be more pleased with the performance of the company and their representative. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a garage door system or a repair of an existing one.

The best decision I made was calling Precision. From my initial call to the actual service I was nothing but pleased! When I called in I was helped right away by Becky (I believe) and she was so nice, great sense of humor and she was very thorough with pricing estimates etc. Within one week, Mike (the Tech) was at my door within 15 mins of the estimated time for arrival and he was just amazing. After 3 years of owning my house I can now open my garage with the push of a button and I can't be happier! My townhouse was built in a way a normal opener's track would not work properly and Mike w/ Precision made it work and I did not have to spend a large amount of money. Highly recommend this company for residential or commercial needs. Just fantastic!!!!

I chose Precision simply based off of reviews. We had to have our springs replaced after one of them snapped. AJ was great. He was on time and was very kind. Explained everything about why and how they break and gave options of different grades of material to choose from. He had everything there on his company vehicle and was finished in about 45 minutes. I really didn't think the cost was unreasonable. We use our garage door as our primary portal of entry to our home and between dog walkers and our schedules it gets used multiple times per day. Which he also explained durability of the springs we chose. This was a quick and easy process using Precision. I really appreciate it.

Recommendation from my neighbor plus I liked how quiet her door was after it was serviced by your company. I moved into this house in August. The door kept getting louder. Most of the noise was coming from the spring housing, which got sprayed instantly. Had new quiet rollers and door opener installed. What a wonderful difference it made.
