These folks are a happy contrast to the modern day disappointment of e-commerce. You phone them. They answer. You tell them you need some garage door attention. The same helpful communicator schedules it. They confirm in advance by 2 means. Then, if you’re lucky enough to get Darrin, he calls you when he’s on the way and shows up smiling; you learn how the mechanism works, and he shows you what you need and why- and after: what he did to fix it. He is articulate, amiable and the kind of tech I wish were. Don’t call some nameless 1-800 outfit. Call a local business- like Precision Door.

One of the spring broke on our garage door and it would not open. We called around for information and ended up booking an appointment with Precision. Chris was our service person who called to set up the time of the appointment. He called before he came and even moved up the appointment to accomodate our schedule. He was very polite and thorough with his explanations about possible service solutions. Precision is not the cheapest service provided out there but you know they will do very good job using quality replacement parts.

Very bad experience. Didn’t attempt to fix anything and only talking about replacing about replacing about opener and four other parts which are barely 2 years old. Told to fasten one screw and he replied that he needs one hour labour. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never go with this company again.

Gabriel had my garage doors up and running perfectly after they had been out of commission for way too long! He talked me through the fixes and my options, stayed well into the evening to ensure that everything was working perfectly, and went above and beyond to make sure my remotes were all working and to update all the lights so they will last. I was quoted a price for a replacement opener and a service cost. When the technician arrived he told me there would also be a $100 labor charge. While he was working I called the company and they then called the technician telling him not to add a separate labor charge. She told the technician the service fee covered the labor. I felt like I was being ripped off and only because I called did I not get billed an extra $100. They need to work this out.
