From beginning to end, we could not be happier with the level of service and professionalism we received while working with Precision Garage Door! We had a broken spring on a garage door in our new home and they came out to replace it right away. The tech was extremely helpful in educating us how it happened, while making recommendations on spring types. Installation was quick and painless and we were back to normal in no time. Would highly recommend PGD and their services.

Called Precision Garage Door for service, great experience from the phone call setting up the appointment, to the technician Gabriel arriving at the house. Gabriel was very detailed about the problem and solution. No guessing before the work was performed. Gabriel was extremely professional and did an awesome job. Great service! Dan, our technician, was knowlegable, friendly and did an incredible job! Our garage door no longer sounds like a T-Rex! Matter of fact, it is so quiet that I am finding myself looking back to see if it's actually closing! Would totally recommend Precision.
