I chose Precision because they had high ratings on Yelp. They did not disappoint. Mike called me ten minutes before he arrived, well within the window I was given. He was professional, prompt, and fixed my problem more quickly than I ever expected. A cable had come loose from my garage door, and I was worried that the technician might try to upsell me on something I didn’t need (I’ve had that experience before). My garage door is old and heavy, and I think the opener dates back to the 90’s. Mike showed me exactly what the problem was, said it was an easy fix, and only charged me for the service call and one hour of labor. I could not be happier with the service. I highly recommend Precision.

Precision installed a garage door for us about a year ago and I remembered how professional and efficient the technician was that day. I called Precision about 9 am this morning because I wanted a new garage door opener installed. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that someone would be right over. Brian arrived at 9:30 and quickly installed the opener. The entire process took about 45 minutes. The service we received was fantastic. I would recommend Precision to anyone.
