While I was very pleased with the effort Brian made to complete my install and the patience he exhibited while waiting for my home warranty company to approve the expense, I was very disappointed that he spliced my new wiring into my old wiring for the door safety mechanism and opener wall buttons rather than taking the time to run the new wiring. When I sell the house down the road, I can guarantee a home inspector will make an issue of this causing me to incur additional expenses to address such a sloppy job. The wires are simply twisted together and taped. While it is likely low voltage, I still feel it is a hazard with little children around.

I would recommend precision garage doors to anyone. We used them at our house in North Carolina and had a great experience. Used them again at our house in Pennsylvania and couldn't have been happier. Came out the same day we called and fixed the problem before noon.
