Review:

Precision installed our last garage door and it has served us well. When it broke, we again called Precision and you sent out Ed Helmsing (I hope I got that right) and he explained options to my husband - we opted for a new opener. Ed told us he would be back the next day between 10 and 12 since we have a function to attend. He arrived slightly before 10, went about his work and was finished in a couple of hours. He is one of the nicest repair persons we have dealt with. He was a pleasure to have in our home and we would welcome him back any time.
