Darrin Mills was the technician and he was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Helped me decide what was best for my needs and budget. Didn't try to upsell which I appreciated. He called the night before to confirm the appointment and giving me a time frame. He also called as he said he would 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. I would definitely recommend this company to others and will use them again.

Excellent Service & Communication. I would highly recommend Precision - anytime I have an issue I call them and the service and communication before and after the service is outstanding. I would also like to highlight the resource that Precision send to my home. Gabriel Pojar was a true professional and did an excellent job in reviewing, recommending, and repairing the broken springs and servicing the all the rollers, etc. on the door. He spoke well, communicated well, and his experience was demonstrated by his work (Outstanding).

All I should really say is home repairs are never this easy. I called late Monday PM and Precision was ready to work at 8AM the next day. My schedule couldn't accommodate so I scheduled for the next day between 8-11AM. As promised, the tech, Geoffrey, called 5 minutes before his arrival at 8:30AM. By 8:35AM he had diagnosed the issues with my 1999 opener and offered multiple solutions. Most important to me, he physically showed me why the mechanism was malfunctioning and what could be done to correct it. After reviewing the options (ranging from short-term to long-term fixes) and getting his recommendations, we decided to replace both openers (the one that was broken and the one I figured would likely break after we got this one fixed!) In about 3 hours, we had two new openers that operate the doors smoothly and significantly more quietly than the old ones. After completion, Geoffrey recommended some other equipment we should replace in the future. These recommendations were not high-pressure sales moves, but more observations about the older parts we had on our doors. And they made sense. Geoffrey was cordial, respectful of our space, and knowledgeable. 100% recommend both Geoffrey and Precision.

Chris Brun arrived on time and impressed me as a knowledgeable and competent technician. My garage door was 10 years old and would not fully close from the open position. Chris inspected the door and all component parts determined the cause of the problem as worn parts that needed replacement. I agreed to a repair option and the job was started and completed to my satisfaction in about an hour.
