I was so impressed with my experience with Precision. I was given a time range of 2p -5p. Someone contacted me around 2pm to confirm the time. The technician, Darrin, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Darrin was professional, courteous, and patient with all my questions. A good friend of mine had recently used Precision and referred them to me. Two Thumbs Up!!

I absolutely recommend this company! We were able to have someone come out the next day. The technician diagnosed the problem and gave us multiple repair options with no pressure on which one to purchase. He was friendly and we felt confident he was very knowledgeable about the work he was doing. He was respectful of our home and cleaned up after himself. We will need to purchase a new garage door in the near future and will definitely use this company.
