Bill showed up on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem, gave me the estimate and explained other options with no high pressure to select more than the minimum necessary to correct the problem at hand.. He turned an annoyance into a pleasant experience.

Couldn't get the door open. Precision was out the next morning and fixed the problem, and programmed the openers in our two cars. Bill was the technician. Precision was quick and reliable, and the cost was reasonable. Bill was extremely helpful. I'd highly recommend Precision.

I had a full replacement of my garage door less than six months ago and the service couldn't have been better. Prompt and efficient, the service engineer put up a new door, opener, outdoor panel, motor and drive belt. Super high quality product and now whisper quiet. Tech came out a few months later and lubed all the parts for free. Couldn't be happier. I won't go to anyone else.

I am so sorry that I chose your company! Two young men who were obviously on commission bombarded me with a dire diagnosis of what will happen if I do not choose the $1400 service, then when I rejected that notion, then went for the $900 service, then $600, then $300. They finally settled on a $200 service that included a new remote and tune up. After agreeing to THAT service, five minutes later they knocked and said they were finished! Really??? 25 minutes for hustling and a 5 minute treatment??? My advice to prospective new clients...keep looking!

Then the technician will provide you with a permanent solution to repair any items that did not pass our inspection. They are instructed to give at least three options that may vary in price and warranties. Sometimes we are unable to properly explain the reasons for these repairs but, we thank you for working with us to rectify the situation. Thank you again for your business.

I have called threee garage door services. Precision answered quickly and sent a repr to talk about my problem. Mark the representative spoke very knowledgeable of my problem. He stated he would get back to us and install the panels and supporters on or about the 16/17 of July. I called the company on the 7-9 to ask when we would have an install. To this date which is July 15, 2015. No answer no call back . I DO think I SHOULD have answer NOW. I am patiently waiting?? Please inform the company of this answer and complaint. They have a $200.00 deposit and the bill is $600.00, no service as yet , I am frustrated thus far with no REPLY!!! NO stars
