BILL DID A GREAT JOB IN SERVICING MY GARAGE DOOR. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT IN DOING HIS JOB. I HAD A TUNEUP DONE AND HE FOUND A SAFETY ISSUE WHICH HE CORRECTED.

If there were zero stars I'd select that. The doors I had installed arrived with the wrong locking hardware. was promised the technician would be back the followng week with the correct hardware. This was on September 19, it's now October 20 and I still haven't got correct locks on my doors. I've gotten a run around when I call, or promises of a call back that don't happen. I will not only not recommend you to anyone, I'll warn them away from you.
