Garage door broke trapping both cars inside the garage and I immediately contacted Precision Garage Door for help. Lewis took my call and was very helpful and understanding of my situation. He was able to arrange for a same day appointment. Received an email confirming appointment with technicians name photo and expected time of arrival. Lisandro “Li” arrived earlier than expected which was fantastic. He was very friendly and professional. He accessed the situation and advised me on what he found. Replaced the springs and rollers and got my garage door up and rolling again within an hour. This was my first time using Precision Garage Door and would and will recommend them for all your garage door needs. Don’t wait until it’s too late like I did. Thankfully these guys were there for me.

The pulley on my garage door broke… And at first Derek thought he was going to have to replace the whole rail. However, after looking a little further he discovered he could just screw the pulley back in and save me several hundred dollars.Being able to call someone at 10 o’clock at night and have them show up first thing in the morning what’s so convenient. Great service. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needed service or replacement.

I was looking for a company that had emergency response including Sunday as my regular garage door company did not operate on Sunday and I did not want to leave my garage door open all night. I am very impressed with your service and efficiency and with the technician, Steve Marsh, who was timely and very helpful even though my garage door worked properly when he pressed the opener. The product I purchased was a manual door lock to use in the event of a power outage. This item was not listed below. I definitely will recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends.
