Ivan showed up on time and was very professional. I was hoping with getting a regular service and new bottom seal along with reprograming 2 new remotes would have me all up to date. Unfortunately my opener was over 20 years old and Ivan was not able to get the new remotes to sync. My other option was getting a new opener and Ivan had one on his truck. Even though it was late in the evening he said it would be no problem and had it installed in a little over an hour with new programed remote. Now my wife can enter the garage without getting out of the car. I would definitely recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs.

Benny was right on time. Discussed with me the problem I was having and what he was going to do to fix the problem. He than did a complete inspection of the door for any additional issues. His repairs were done promptly

Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

A spring broke on our garage door this winter. It was not an emergency, but definitely a potential hassle -- we live in the mountains and it's much nicer to have cars in the garage when it gets cold. With a broken spring, the automatic opener won't open the door, and our large door is very hard to lift manually with a broken spring. I was worried that, since this happened between Christmas and New Year's, we might have trouble even finding somebody to come out for a week or so. But, with Precision, we were in luck: the spring broke at night, I called Precision the next morning, and they were able to schedule a technician for about 3 hours later. They even gave me a fair quote over the phone. When he came, he was very professional, figured out exactly what we needed, and got the job done quickly at a fair price.
