This company took advantage of seniors and replaced parts over and above what was actually needed totaling over $1,990.00. They also indicated that the warranty was lifetime on everything but it was only on the motor and 1-year on parts. A hard copy of the estimate was not provided. While my father has an email address they were unable to print any invoices or have an itemization of services being performed to review the cost.

QUOTATION ONLY I called this AM to get a quote for a remove & replace an existing door. I was lucky enough to get a tech in the area who could do the quote in the afternoon. He showed up on time, as scheduled, an performed everything to my expectations in a professional manner. Truthfully, I have two [2] more quotes scheduled, but Precision is looking like the one to beat at this point.
