I called with a problem with our garage not shutting properly. I called precision door and they said they would have someone out the next morning between 8am and 10 am. At 815 I got a call from your technician Benny that he would arrive in a few minutes. When he arrived he found the issue and fixed it. Benny was very friendly and professional. I was a month out of warranty but was fixed at no charge. I would highly recommend Precision Door. Thank you for your prompt service

Couldn’t be happier with their service. Within an hour or so of my phone call I had a ver polite technician at my door. He surveyed the problem quickly, reviewed my options and repaired the door. In my opinion, the repair was a bit costly, but I don’t know anything about garage door repairs and wanted to get it done without having to wait days for another estimate and lose the service call charge. Fat, friendly and reputable service. 5 Stars!

He called in advance, and determined that new springs were not required and informed me that my newly installed door opener (ie from warranty company) was inadequate for my heavy door, for which I'm now pursuing a replacement from them. He was very knowledgeable and informative. You don't always find integrity like this anymore!

Woke up Sunday not able open garage door I called Precision Door Service and was able to make an appointment for Monday service between 2-4 pm . i received a call from Carlos said he finish up his appointment early and could he stop by.Carlos arrived about 15 minutes later look at the problem and gave me a quote for a lifetime parts and 5 years labor warranty on springs rollers cable endplates left and right Drums left and right etc .we were very please with Carlos he did a fantastic job and would recommended his services he is an asset to Precision Door services. My garage door is no longer noisy and glides up and down smoothly. He installed a new motor and 8 new rollers. I would give Derek a 5 and Precision a 5. I would gladly recommend Precision.
