I was very pleased with the prompt respond that i received, this was my first time using this co. and i will recommend it to all my friends. A young man name Kenneth Jaquez came to repair my garage door and he was very pleasant, helpful and knew his job well. This young man was very friendly and got the job done quick and i was very pleased and happy. Again i will let all my family and friends know who to call when they need a a new door or repair.

The technician was excellent! I had already removed the old springs and he quickly and expertly installed the new ones in well under 1/2 hour. We were also pleased that he was able to arrive earlier than the time scheduled. That was very helpful considering our two primary vehicles had been trapped in the garage since last night. Of the three companies we contacted, Precision was the only one able to respond with a same day appointment. I must say, though, knowing the cost of the springs, which I had checked online, the cost of the labor seemed quite high for less than 1/2 hour of work. That is the only reason I gave Precision 4 instead of 5 stars. I do thank you for getting us back up and running so quickly.
