I called to get an estimate on a door repair, since this company had installed an opener some 7 years ago. Repairman arrived within time frame. This was around 6-20 or 21. Man sent out , Jimmy Love, seemed more interested in selling a door than determining how to fix the door so the opener worked properly. I picked out "stock" items, so there were no additional fees or additional wait time. I asked and was told several times that all items I chose were "in stock" items in their local warehouse. Simple windows across top of door, stock color, and one of the stock raised panels on the door. I was told door should be installed on 2 or 3 days. 2 hours later I get a call from their office, only to find out my door was entirely " a special order door" since it was 15' wide instead of the more common 16 foot wide. I really found it amazing that original repair/salesman was not aware that my choice was a special order door. No attempt was made to repair the broken track on one side. It took only a few seconds to put cable back on spool, since I could not operate the electric door opener and would have to do so until new door arrived. I agreed, since the original estimate was 2-3 days. The return call about the 2-3 week wait time arrived on Sat. Different repairman came on Sunday. He actually made an attempt to make the door track repair. In the process, it appears my door was bent out of shape where the door closer attached to the door. It was bent so bad, that the opener would now not close the door at all. I'm almost 70 years old, and I now have to open and close door manually until new door arrives. It appears that the door close may have to be lowered somewhat so that the closer arm will push the door closed instead of down. Bracket bent framework of door, and top of door has crack that goes from the front to the back of the door.
