Steven is the best.He knew what to do and fixed all the issues a 8 year old garage door has. After tuning it to perfection i was so pleased i asked if they could paint it.Steve said that is a service they did not offer.:(. Now that it works like new i wanted it to look like new. I will search for a painter #, dont buy new if you can get the professionals at precision to make it work like it is. Thank you for the Prompt and awesome service.U guys rock... Mike

Bill Weier came out and accessed the problems I was having with my garage door. The door was unbalanced and the original springs needed to be replaced . Bill explained all options available to me and he replaced the 2 torsion springs,ball bearing,cables, and 12 rollers. The door operation is much better now. Five (5) stars for Bill. I will certainly call Precision Door Service for any future garage door problems.
