Jorge Fortanel by starting off calling us 1/2 hour before he arrived. He was very knowledgeable about our situation. He quoted us for the work to be done. When we moved into our new house, the garage door only came with one opener and the previous code for the keypad. We couldn't help but wonder where the other openers were and who had the code to the keypad. We had Precision Garage Door come to give us a second opener and reprogram the existing one, as well as reset the code on the keypad. This simple step, along with rekeying the locks on our other access doors gave us peace of mind. We personally know the owner of the company as someone with very high integrity, so it was a no-brainer when we needed to call on them for service. Courteous technician. We highly recommend doing business with this company.
