Our tech, Bill, tried hard to push new springs, new wires, etc. with estimates of $500 and $800 when I expressedly asked for tightening existing springs only. He wasted a lot of time of "inspection" which I didn't ask for and on what otherwise would have been a 10 minutes job which I requested. I am a retired Engineer and could have done the job myself, except I didn't want to expose myself to injury from springs. Bill, adjusted springs nicely, but I don't appreciate his I know it all arrogant manner. Bill is a blowhard. Please don't send him again.
