Ivan replaced the cable system on my door and he was great! When he came out to do the estimate, he didn't try to "upsell" by telling me I needed an entirely new door for my 4-year-old home. I'd contacted other companies, and their techs gave me the, "The door can't be repaired." "You have to replace the entire door because this is a builder-grade garage and they don't sell those parts." He told me what was needed and gave me an estimate and scheduling options. On the day of service, he called ahead and gave me his ETA, and showed up on time. He was friendly and professional, and showed me the breakdown of the charges without "man-splaining" to me. I would highly recommend Precision (especially if you can get Ivan) and would use this company again in the future if needed.

Shane showed up within the time frame given. He answered all my questions and was able to repair my garage door opener without a problem unlike the previous guy that was sent by my home owners ins, which was trying to sell me a new opener. You can plainly see the difference of some one who knows what they are doing and can repair the problem versus someone who would rather sell a new one. I would recommend Precision to everyone. Shane was a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely call on them again.

24 hours service and very polite. Wont EVER use Mesa Garage Doors for anything. They installed my unit and never took care of us after that. I'm still waiting for Mesa to call me back to fix my garage that you guys already fixed. Thanks for taking care of us.

We saw the ad for Precision in the newspaper and called them and the person answering the phone was very professional and pleasant and gave me an appointment for the same day at a good time window. BJ called before he arrived and listened to our description of the problem with the locking of the garage door. He suggested a solution, and assured us that it was a good quality door and should last a lifetime. He fixed the problem quickly and recommended some maintainance we could perform to keep it working well. We were pleased with the repair and the transaction.

Precision Door Service comes highly recommended by us. They are courteous, reliable and skillful. The technicians come prepared and waste no time doing the job. We have great confidence in them. They truthfully represent what's shown on their website. In 2008 we had maintenance performed by an incredible company but we didn't recall their name. Now 11 years later it was time for a total upgrade. So, we took a chance and found the best one we could find on the web. To our surprise the name of that incredible company was Precision! this was a tough job the rod on top broke and fell down on the door and caused it to twist in the rails. and with the spring torsion still on the door it was difficult to straighten out and lower the door so he could get to the problem, your service man Steve Marsh showed patience as he worked to cure the problem, he recommended the changes that improved the performance of the door installed them and it works better than ever. I am also a contractor and have been one for 67 years. and I recognize quality work. you guys are the greatest
