Excellent service. Called when the garage door got stuck halfway up, Gilbert came out that same day, well within the service time I was quoted. Gilbert was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Let’s argue, first time customer called for service. Explained my needs. Tech came out next day. Hour late. Unprepared with parts I requested. Tried to upgrade my system repeatedly. No sell. Thanks. Just repair my system please. Tech left. No follow up. I had to re call 2 more times . 2 days later. Another technician came out to finish the job. Geez.

Let me start by saying despite the current state of emergency, their customer service was amazing. Got an appointment the same day and the tech was open and communicated very well. He was done with the repair in less than an hour! You could tell he was very knowledgeable. Precision was a life saver!

The service was great! It took less than an hour for the service to be completed. Had a complete spring, drum, wire, and roller replacement. Upgraded to the high cycle springs since we use our garage door as our main entry. Works like a charm. The door is almost silent now. I do agree with other reviewers, the charge is on the high side, but I have a lifetime warranty on the parts since I had springs, drums, wires, and rollers replace.

The reason for my call I am an 84 year old senior my garage door would not stay up and I needed to get my car out of the garage. My son placed the call and an appointment was arranged to come out and a email confirmation was sent to my son. Due to traffic and weather, your individuals called and stated they would be detained but were on their way. Two men arrived and they made out an assessment of the problem and two suggestions as to how they would proceed. They determined it was the springs that were broken and did a spread sheet of the cost to fix the springs and the spread sheet included the immediate repair of the springs and the cost and the recommendation to repair the rollers and the cost. I called my son and told him I was going to accept the repair of the springs at this time which was about $300. To do the additional repair they were recommending would cost an additional $300. I told them I wanted a copy of this proposal and they assured me I could have it. Upon completion of the repair of the springs, they immediately wanted me to write a check which I did and all of a sudden the cost went up to $591.95. I again requested a print out of the bid and was told he didn't have time and had to hurry and would send it later. He had my son's email and my email. I know it was Sunday. However, when he called and asked to have Don Taylor or His Brother Kevin give him a call he never received a call back. The email was received three days later, however it was not what we requested, we asked for the signed quote, they sent an invoice. My question, is why the sudden increase in cost and the delay for us to receive what we requested.
