We had a spring break on our garage door, when I came across Precision Door Service’s website, it was easy to navigate and they had availability that worked with our schedule. So we scheduled an appointment. They were quick and efficient, Kevin O’Hara our technician was great to work with. Though I hope we don’t need anymore repairs in the near future, if we do we will be using Precision again.

We had a broken spring and Precision Door was super responsive in both answering our call and getting a technician to our house. Brent assessed the situation and offered us a variety of options depending on what we were comfortable with. He spent time explaining the issues and what to expect with the different options. When we later had an issue with the opener Brent again came out and quickly remedied the situation for us.

Very pleased with the service we received from Precision and their serviceman Brain. I received a text the morning of my appt with Brian's picture so I knew who was coming out. He called before arriving, he was professional, well-mannered, and knowledgeable. He replaced the spring and cables and repaired some damage on the garage door itself in about an hour. Highly recommended!

Bryan Payne was my Precision Door Technician who repaired my garage door. A power outage caused my garage door to malfunction. Bryan arrived in the scheduled time frame. I didn’t have an owner’s manual so he emailed one to me. He answered all my questions. The backup battery was less than 4 years old. He replaced it at no charge because the battery life should have been longer. He also corrected an unleveled previous motor installation problem. Bryan was extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend Bryan to everyone! You will be pleased!
