Tyler was our technician. He was outstanding. He gave me a quote and had plenty of suggestions to keep my garage door working properly. Tyler and the guy with him, TJ I think was his name, were both very clean and polite. They walked me through what was done at the end and told me things to look out for in the future. Great Job!

The whole experience of having a spring brake on my garage door was upsetting. I am so pleased with the job that the tech Brian did for me. He was patient with me, he was so courteous. He went above what he had to do. Hopefully this never happens again but, if it does I will call them again.

I had been putting off fixing/replacing my garage door after it broke. But I have to say choosing Precision was the best thing to ever happen. The technician performed the work in a professional and timely manner. He replaced 2 door springs. One was broken. He also replaced the door rollers with more quiet ones. I couldn't be happier with the results. The door has never been so quiet. The technician was extremely friendly.
