Brent was able to quickly assess the situation, and give me quotes for multiple options. I was able to choose the repair based on what I needed and he was very thorough on the explanation on what I needed. He was able to replace my springs and middle bearing and explained to me why the old spring had broken. He went above and beyond and the price was exactly what I expected. 5/5 recommend precision overhead door for any repairs or replacements.
