I saw a Precision truck at a neighbor's, and called them to replace an old broken key pad. Kevin O. was on time, pleasant to speak to, answered all my questions confidently and knowledgeably, matched the new key pad to the existing brand, programmed in our code, AND lubed our door opener device. All seemingly in minutes, without effort, and at less than half the expected cost from a competitor. Couldn't be more satisfied.
