Super Service!! We had a broken spring on our garage door and called Precision after reviewing their web-site. I called them @ 1:45 PM and Kimie set up our appointment for Aaron to stop by between 2-4 pm. He showed up @ 2:30 pm and quickly fixed our broken spring & replaced our keypad. Aaron was very professional & friendly! He also gave us the senior discount that saved us $40!! I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

I was impressed with the reviews and the fact that they sent someone out the same day. Brian gave me a quote that was within my price range and he came out this morning to put it in. Brian was awesome. Not only did he know what he was doing but he was very kind to me. I tend to ask a lot of questions. Years ago when we first needed garage help with our new house garage door we called Precision. We bought the lifetime warranty which seemed expensive at the time but has payed off multiple times since! Our latest incident was a broken spring at 1 am New Years Day as friends were leaving our house. I called later that morning and they scheduled our appointment for 8-10 the next day. Kevin was here and the door fixed by 9:15!! Great customer service and technicians and very timely!

I called Lebanon Pewcision Door today in need of immediate repairs. Amanda took my call and was friendly, cooperative, and efficient. She told me that Tyler would be there between 2 & 4 the same day. He arrived adead of schedule and determined the problem, gave me my options. Repair or replace and I chose replace because mine was 20 + years old. His work was efficent and had me up and running very little time. He showed me the operations etc. even programmed my car control. And God bless these folks, they gave me a veterans discount.

Tyler Lung came to my house last week to replace the seals around both doors. 2 days later, one door opener wouldn't work. Tyler came back this morning. Unrelated to what he did last week, the wires to one of the beam sensors were corroded. Tyler fixed connections in minutes. He is very knowledgeable and gets the job done fast. I heard your advertisement on the radio then went on line to get more info. Saw you were local and had a 5 star rating. I had called the company who put the unit in initially. I found the person who came lacked interpersonal skills then only quoted me a total replacement cost which was totally out of my reach financially. Brian Payne is the gentleman who came out. He was professional and easy to communicate with. He gave me multiple options with costs - all far more affordable. I was able to keep the original door then have new opener unit and controllers replaced. I was pleasantly surprised that he could do option I chose that same day. He thoroughly and clearly explained how to use the wall unit and individual controllers. Also explained the warranty information. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for professional and affordable work.
