Tyler was great! He was able to come sooner than expected to repair the garage door. He was thorough and educational while doing the work. He laid out options of what needed to be done versus what should be done. He was very customer-oriented! Will look to use him again for future garage door needs!

Review:

Bryan Payne was my Precision Door Technician who repaired my garage door. A power outage caused my garage door to malfunction. Bryan arrived in the scheduled time frame. I didn’t have an owner’s manual so he emailed one to me. He answered all my questions. The backup battery was less than 4 years old. He replaced it at no charge because the battery life should have been longer. He also corrected an unleveled previous motor installation problem. Bryan was extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend Bryan to everyone! You will be pleased!
