Fast Wonderful service! Our Technician was Brian Payne, and he was great! He contacted me earlier than expected because he had time to move my appointment up, arrived and was extremely professional and walked me through my choices on what could be done with the Garage door. The work was fast and the job was done 100%. Would definitely recommend.

Had a 4 - 6pm appointment, Eric (technician) called at 2:15p said he was running early, that was fine with me. Eric was professional and courteous. He offered some advice on some other items also. Eric was not pushy and fixed exactly what I wanted done, he also sprayed both of my door rollers and made an adjustment to my door opener.

Jared was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained our options completely so we could make the best choice. He also took care of the fact that a wire to the opener was missing, and made it look very professional. We would definitely use Precision in the future!

To be honest with you, I'm not very happy. My story is that I had you guys install a very expensive jack-shaft opener about two years ago. The wall console already failed (isn't it warranted longer than that?) and it cost me an astonishing $254 to get it fixed. That's almost more than the cost of a new opener for something that was relatively new and shouldn't have failed. Very disappointed, frankly.
