I called Precision after reading the glowing reviews on the company, and yet I was still impressed by the customer service. Jesse knew the problem when I opened the garage to greet him and seemed genuinely apologetic that he had to charge me the service fee. You never expect a service call to brighten your day but Jesse provided a kind, genuine spot of sunshine on my bad day, I was happy to pay for the 5 minute chat. You have an excellent young man representing your company.

I have had dealings with several garage door companies in the area and Precision is by far the most responsive and reliable. They are organized, communicate, and provide proper documentation, while several others I've dealt with don't have their own letterhead for receipts, don't call you when they say they will, and are not responsive if you have any issues. Precision is a class outfit all the way.

Choose Precision because of my warranty with initial spring replaced Oct 09. Had only to pay for the service call. All expectations were met. 5 Stars. Replace broken spring. Repairman performed repair in a highly professional manner. Great service received.
