Even though the tach was a little behind, he kept me informed of his arrival. He was informative, let me know what was needed and what it may cost.. He went right to work replacing the wheels on one side, and was very fast. The garage opens with out jamming and sounding as if its falling off. I will let my friends and others know of the great service and fair price. #1 fir great customer service!

Service was great! My only problem was when they called me for him to come earlier, the name Presision Door didn't come up so I didn't answer it. By the time they left a message and I called back, they sent him on another job. Frustrating as I get so many robo calls. It would've been nice to see the name come up.

Arrived early and promptly installed a new garage door opener. Chris gave me a direct quote for new garage doors that we plan on doing next spring, checked on the stock of a few styles we were interested, and gave us brochures for when we plan on replacing the doors. This is a great company to work with.
