We had a broken spring and Precision Door was super responsive in both answering our call and getting a technician to our house. Brent assessed the situation and offered us a variety of options depending on what we were comfortable with. He spent time explaining the issues and what to expect with the different options. When we later had an issue with the opener Brent again came out and quickly remedied the situation for us.

Garage door spring broke at 8:30 am today. I called other companies but no one was available til 2 days out. Brent showed up at 1:30 pm and made all the repairs in about a half hour. He was fast ,knowledgeable and very efficient. These people are good

Garage door not operating properly. Called Precision due to online reviews and tv ads. Tech was here on-time, diagnosed problem (mis-aligned sensors) made adjustment wand lubricated the door hinges and rollers within a very few minutes. The fee was reasonable for the service performed. In all, a posttive experience. Recommended.
