Super Service!! We had a broken spring on our garage door and called Precision after reviewing their web-site. I called them @ 1:45 PM and Kimie set up our appointment for Aaron to stop by between 2-4 pm. He showed up @ 2:30 pm and quickly fixed our broken spring & replaced our keypad. Aaron was very professional & friendly! He also gave us the senior discount that saved us $40!! I highly recommend Precision Door Service!

Years ago when we first needed garage help with our new house garage door we called Precision. We bought the lifetime warranty which seemed expensive at the time but has payed off multiple times since! Our latest incident was a broken spring at 1 am New Years Day as friends were leaving our house. I called later that morning and they scheduled our appointment for 8-10 the next day. Kevin was here and the door fixed by 9:15!! Great customer service and technicians and very timely!

This company and it’s employee Way Exceeded our expectations! Original estimate was completed on time, accurate, and professional with Tyler taking the time to explain each option from cheapest to most expensive. We decided to replace our garage door and Tyler quickly got us scheduled and did a quick safe fix to the broken door that worked until install day. Installation day was on time and professionally done just as described with the estimate. We would recommend this company to anyone and they are lucky to have Tyler has an employee!!

George was only five minutes over 30 minutes and charged me the additional amount. He replaced rubber at the bottom of one door and did a general spraying etc. He was a nice man and did his work well. It just seemed a little high to me.
