My old garage door wouldn’t open or close anymore and they sent out Joey to asses what was wrong with it. He answered all my questions and got a new motor installed quickly. He walked me through getting a new garage door as well and what features and parts I needed. I felt like I knew exactly what I was getting and didn’t feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. The next day T.J. came out to install the new garage door. I was so happy that I didn’t have to wait but just a day to get the door installed. T.J. Worked quickly to get the new door up and functioning. He walked me through all I needed to know about the new garage door and pointed out some structural issues of my garage that may be of concern. My overall experience was wonderful! Both employees were nice and personable. I also like how the company sends out pictures and info about their employees before they show up to your home. That made me feel so much more comfortable with the employee.

Brian Payne did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem, and it was a tough one. Even swapping out the motor didn't fix it completely. But he stuck with it until he figured out that an adjustment needed to be made to the J bracket. That fixed it. I'm very satisfied with the service.

Sales person completely explained details regarding new garage door and belt drive opener, as I previously had a chain unit and answered all questions. Very pleased with all of the process from first contact to Kevin`s efficient installation of new door and opener. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
