We called Precision Door regarding our garage door which broke and would not open. Kevin came out the very next morning and we discussed what would be the best solution. We decided to get a new garage door. Kevin was very informative and was very knowledgeable in the different solutions regarding pros and cons. The very next morning Aaron and Joey came out with the garage door and installed it for us. They were very professional and they also explained what they were doing. They also took the extra step to get the door we wanted. The most expressive was the owner of the company, John texted us and Thanked us for allowing them to service us. This company is A+ and we will use them again also recommend them to others!!

I saw a Precision truck at a neighbor's, and called them to replace an old broken key pad. Brian Payne did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem, and it was a tough one. Even swapping out the motor didn't fix it completely. But he stuck with it until he figured out that an adjustment needed to be made to the J bracket. That fixed it. I'm very satisfied with the service.

The whole experience of having a spring brake on my garage door was upsetting. I am so pleased with the job that the tech Brian did for me. He was patient with me, he was so courteous. He went above what he had to do. Hopefully this never happens again but, if it does I will call them again.

Precision Door did an exemplary job with a 'tune and lube' servicing of the garage door opener they installed two years ago. I inquired into an appointment via their website on Sunday afternoon and a short time later that day received a call from them to schedule an appointment. I received an awesome photo and biography of Tyler via text an hour or so before he arrived - enjoyed learning more about him via this bio. Tyler, the service professional that installed the garage door and opener, completed the 'tune and lube' on a Saturday morning. Tyler explained everything thoroughly and verified that I had the correct type of lubricant to lube the door twice a year myself. Very professional with reasonable pricing. Precision Door is our go-to for any garage door/opener needs!

Brent came today to repair the door where a center bracket came loose that helps hold the long rod with the springs at the front of the door. He did a great job analyzing and fixing this problem. Very pleased with his work and professionalism. Precision uses quality spring powder coated components which held up and did not need replaced which is why I now only go to this company for garage door work. He was glad I called and did not attempt to work on this myself. And to my surprise -- this fix was covered under warranty!
